Design & Manufacturing of billet parts

Adaptive offers design, development and manufacturing services utilising computerised design and manufacturing techniques . CAD/CAM systems enable the company to manufacture Billet 6082 T6 parts from initial design to production in a totally controlled environment.
Adaptive is engaged in work in the Air Bearings and Aerospace industries, enabiling the company to produce parts to extremely tight tolerances and a general high standard of manufacture. This experience is used with equal effect in producing parts for motorcycle industry, we also undertake one-off bespoke parts and are looking to move into the Kit car industry eg Dry sumps.
